Qualifications

• You have at least 5-7 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant.

• You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.

• Good communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.

• Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.

• Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous.

Coordinator Rider On Ground Ops

What's On Our Plate?

• Managing day-to-day operations.

• Manage rider related escalations and resolutions.

• Assist dispatchers with rider-related communication.

• Monitor and improve rider performance and compliance.

• Manage rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc.

• Groom rider quality (behaviour, appearance, professionalism, presentational etc).

• Monitor and prevent rider fraud while ensuring professionalism, integrity, and compliance.

4. متابعة وتحسين أداء الدراجين والتأكد من الالتزام بالقواعد.

5. إدارة جدول عمل الدراجين مع تخصيص مناسب للنوبات، الاستراحات، وأيام الإجازة.

6. تحسين جودة الدراجين (السلوك، المظهر، الاحترافية، العرض).

7. متابعة ومنع الاحتيال من قبل الدراجين مع الحفاظ على المهنية والنزاهة والالتزام.

8. تقليل شكاوى العملاء والموردين المتعلقة بالدراجين.

9. مراقبة أداء كل دراج على حدة ومسؤولية التدريب أو توجيه التحذيرات.

10. تحليل البيانات لتحديد الاتجاهات ومجالات التحسين وزيادة كفاءة العمليات.

11. أداء مهام إضافية ومساعدة الفرق الأخرى عند الحاجة.
