Customer Service and Sales Coordinator – Remote Role in Bahrain (Tamkeen Eligible) 

DETAILS
Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone calls and WhatsApp, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the first interaction. Generate and send professional quotations for residential and commercial moving services. Follow up on all pending inquiries to maximize lead conversion and ensure no opportunity is missed. Coordinate and schedule move dates while clearly communicating all details to operational teams. Provide continuous customer support throughout the relocation journey to ensure high satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS
Bahraini female candidates only (as per Tamkeen Wage Support Scheme eligibility). Must be proactive, well-spoken, and dedicated. Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer interactions professionally via phone and WhatsApp. Good organizational and follow-up skills are required.
