Lab Demonstrator – Cybersecurity

Role Summary:

The Lab Demonstrator provides technical support and assistance in cybersecurity laboratory environments. This role involves conducting experiments, tests, and analysis to support research and development, and assisting faculty, researchers, and students in various lab activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up, organize, and maintain laboratory hardware, software, and cybersecurity tools, including necessary subscriptions.

• Ensure accessibility and functionality of lab resources.

• Adhere to safety protocols, promoting a secure lab environment.

• Educate students on safety measures and emergency procedures.

• Assist students in troubleshooting technical issues, including network configuration and security settings.

• Demonstrate proper usage of cybersecurity tools, equipment, and software.

• Evaluate student performance during lab sessions and provide constructive feedback.

• Grade assignments, lab reports, and projects fairly and on time.

• Collaborate with faculty and fellow demonstrators to maintain consistency in lab content and evaluations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Competencies:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in a related field from a recognized institution.

الوصف الوظيفي:
