Sales Associate – Indoor Sales Executive

Location: Bahrain

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Promote and sell the products to meet or exceed sales targets

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and the product line

• Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the store

• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems

• Participate in stock management, inventory control, and store replenishment

• Support in-store marketing campaigns and product launches

• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends

• Passion for luxury fragrances and attention to detail

Requirements:

• At least High school graduate

• Proven experience in luxury retail or fragrance sales (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales orientation and customer service focus

• Basic computer and POS system proficiency

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
