Role Overview:

Responsible for the installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of online process analyzers and associated sampling systems to ensure accurate and reliable measurements for process control and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and maintain online process analyzers

• Troubleshoot analyzer and sampling system issues

• Ensure accurate measurement for process control and safety compliance

• Maintain records of maintenance, calibration, and inspection activities

Position: Fire & Gas Technician

Location: Bahrain

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission fire and gas detection systems (sensors, alarms, panels)

• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of fire & gas devices

• Troubleshoot and repair defective systems promptly

• Maintain compliance with refinery safety procedures, NFPA, API, and local regulations

• Support emergency situations, safety audits, and hazard analyses

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in fire & gas systems within oil & gas/refinery environment

• Knowledge of detection technologies, gas detection principles, and hazardous area standards (ATEX, IECEx)

Position: Maintenance Engineer – Electrical

Location: Bahrain

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for electrical systems

• Maintain and troubleshoot high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) systems in hazardous areas

• Conduct turnarounds, shutdowns, and risk assessments

• Maintain transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, VFDs, UPS, generators, motors, and lighting systems

• Review electrical design drawings, specifications, and standards

• Ensure compliance with safety standards (HSE regulations, ATEX/IECEx)

• Generate and analyze maintenance reports using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in electrical maintenance within oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry

• Hands-on experience in HV/LV systems, VFDs, UPS, generators, and lighting systems

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred

3. فنيي الحريق والغاز – البحرين

المسؤوليات:

التركيب والتشغيل:

• تركيب أنظمة كشف الحريق والغاز بما في ذلك المستشعرات، أجهزة الإنذار، ولوحات التحكم.

• المساعدة في التشغيل والاختبارات الوظيفية للأنظمة الجديدة.

الصيانة والمعايرة:

• إجراء الصيانة الوقائية الدورية ومعايرة أجهزة الكشف عن الحريق والغاز.

• التأكد من تشغيل جميع المعدات وفق مواصفات الشركة المصنعة ومعايير السلامة.

استكشاف الأعطال والإصلاحات:

• تشخيص الأعطال في أنظمة الحريق والغاز وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية بسرعة.

• استبدال المكونات التالفة وإعادة النظام إلى الحالة التشغيلية.

الامتثال والوثائق:

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للفحوصات والاختبارات وأنشطة الصيانة.

• الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة في المصافي والمعايير الدولية (NFPA, API) واللوائح المحلية.

الدعم الطارئ والسلامة:

• الاستجابة للحالات الطارئة المتعلقة بأجهزة إنذار الحريق والغاز.

• دعم عمليات التدقيق والسلامة والمشاركة في تحليل المخاطر.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في الأدوات الكهربائية أو الكهربائية أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في أنظمة الحريق والغاز في بيئة النفط والغاز أو المصافي.

• معرفة بتقنيات كشف الحرائق، مبادئ الكشف عن الغاز، وأنظمة التحكم.

• الإلمام بمعايير السلامة وتصنيف المناطق الخطرة (ATEX, IECEx).

• مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأعطال وحل المشكلات.

• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمخططات الفنية.

4. مهندس صيانة – الكهرباء

المسؤوليات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في صيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية ضمن قطاع النفط والغاز (على البر أو البحر) أو المصافي أو صناعة البتروكيماويات.

• الخبرة في التخطيط وتنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية، التنبؤية، التصحيحية، والتوقفات التشغيلية.

• الخبرة في صيانة واستكشاف الأعطال في أنظمة الكهرباء عالية ومنخفضة الجهد في المناطق الخطرة.

• خبرة عملية في:

  • استخدام SAP Plant Maintenance لتخطيط وجدولة وتتبع الصيانة.

  • إعداد وتحليل تقارير الصيانة باستخدام SAP.

  • مراجعة المخططات الكهربائية والمواصفات والمعايير.

  • المعرفة العميقة بمعايير السلامة في قطاع النفط والغاز (مثل HSE).

  • تقييم المخاطر وتنفيذ برامج السلامة الكهربائية.

  • التعامل مع المحولات، مفاتيح الكهرباء، وقواطع الدوائر.

  • أنظمة القيادة بتردد متغير (VFD) وأنظمة UPS.

  • المولدات والمحركات وأنظمة الإضاءة.

  • الأنظمة الكهربائية في المناطق الخطرة وفق ATEX/IECEx.

• يُفضل الحصول على شهادة Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP).
