Teaching Assistants – Special Education

Full-time / Part-time | Training provided

We’re hiring compassionate Teaching Assistants to support students with autism and related communication/behavioral needs.

What you’ll do:

• Support individualized education plans (IEPs) in small groups and 1:1.

• Implement behavior and communication strategies under supervision.

• Collect simple data on student progress.

• Assist with classroom routines, sensory/regulation activities, and life skills.

• Partner with teachers, therapists, and families.

Training:

Paid onboarding and ongoing CPD in:

• ABA-informed classroom practices

• Visual supports/TEACCH

• Communication supports (PECS, AAC)

• Positive behavior support & safeguarding

Requirements:

• Background (degree or diploma) in Psychology, Speech & Language, Education/Teaching, or related field.

• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork.

• Willingness to learn and follow evidence-based practices.

• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience with autism, SEN classrooms, or therapy settings.

• Familiarity with ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, or AFLS.

Details:

Location: A'Ali

Schedule: 8 hours/5 days; start date October

Compensation & benefits: 250–350

مطلوب مساعدين تدريس (تربية خاصة)

دوام كامل أو جزئي | تدريب مقدم

نحن نوظف مساعدين تدريس متعاطفين لدعم الطلاب ذوي التوحد واحتياجات التواصل/السلوك.

المهام:

• دعم خطط التعليم الفردية (IEPs) في مجموعات صغيرة أو بشكل فردي.

• تنفيذ استراتيجيات السلوك والتواصل تحت إشراف.

• جمع بيانات بسيطة عن تقدم الطالب.

• المساعدة في روتين الفصل، الأنشطة الحسية/التنظيمية، ومهارات الحياة.

• التعاون مع المعلمين والمعالجين والأسر.

التدريب المقدم:

• تدريب مدفوع عند الالتحاق واستمرار التطوير المهني.

• ممارسات صفية مبنية على تحليل السلوك التطبيقي ABA.

• وسائل بصرية/TEACCH.

• وسائل تواصل (PECS، AAC).

• دعم السلوك الإيجابي وحماية الطفل.

المتطلبات:

• خلفية (درجة أو دبلوم) في علم النفس، النطق واللغة، التعليم/التدريس أو مجال ذي صلة.

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والصبر والعمل الجماعي.

• الرغبة في التعلم واتباع الممارسات القائمة على الأدلة.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية.

يفضل:

• خبرة في التوحد، صفوف ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، أو أماكن العلاج.

• الإلمام بـ ABLLS-R، VB-MAPP، أو AFLS.
