Job Description
This role is responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of vehicles and equipment, including forklifts, loaders, trucks, emergency vehicles, and other heavy machinery. The mechanic plays a critical role in ensuring all equipment is operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with operational standards.
Responsibilities
Must have strong mechanical background and abilitiesPerform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment
Inventory of special bench stock items dedicated to repair and maintenance of fire Emergency Vehicles and Critical Equipment (EVTCC)
Support fire and emergency services operations in the Middle East and Central Asia (ME/CA)
About the Role
MHE and Vehicle Mechanic to support maintenance operations, working closely with the Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficientlyAdditional Responsibilities
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on vehicles and MHE
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and execute repairs
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage
Assist the Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor in scheduling and prioritizing maintenance tasks
