المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تصميم الشعارات والعناصر البصرية ومواد التسويق المختلفة.
إعداد تصاميم جذابة تدعم الحملات التسويقية ومتطلبات العملاء.
الحفاظ على اتساق التصاميم مع الهوية البصرية للعلامة التجارية.
التعاون مع فرق التسويق والإنتاج لتقديم حلول تصميم فعّالة.
التواصل المباشر مع العملاء لفهم المتطلبات وتسليم الأعمال في الوقت المحدد.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
خبرة مثبتة في مجال التصميم الجرافيكي مع وجود ملف أعمال قوي.
إتقان Adobe Illustrator (ويُفضل إتقان أدوات أخرى من Adobe Suite).
فهم جيد للطباعة، الألوان، وتخطيط التصاميم.
دقة واهتمام بالتفاصيل، وإبداع في رواية القصص بصريًا.
مهارات تواصل وتعاون ممتازة.
شهادة بكالوريوس في التصميم الجرافيكي، الفنون الجميلة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
خبرة سابقة في مجال الدعاية والإعلان تُعد ميزة إضافية.

المهام الأساسية:
تحديد واستهداف العملاء المحتملين في مجالات الشحن، التخزين، النقل، وسلاسل الإمداد.
تنفيذ خطة مبيعات استراتيجية لتحقيق الأهداف.
إجراء اجتماعات، عروض تقديمية، ومفاوضات مباشرة مع العملاء.
الحفاظ على علاقات ممتازة مع العملاء الحاليين لضمان رضاهم واستمرار التعاون.
التنسيق مع فرق العمليات وخدمة العملاء لضمان تنفيذ الخدمات بسلاسة.
إعداد العروض والاقتراحات والعقود بما يتناسب مع احتياجات العملاء.
متابعة اتجاهات السوق، أنشطة المنافسين، واحتياجات العملاء لاكتشاف فرص جديدة.
تحديث نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) بشكل مستمر.
تحقيق وتجاوز مؤشرات الأداء الشهرية/الربع سنوية.
المتطلبات:
خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات بمجال الشحن، النقل أو اللوجستيات.
معرفة قوية بعمليات الشحن (جوي، بحري، وبري).
