Hiring: Receptionist – Auto Spa, Budaiya, Bahrain

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers professionally

• Handle phone calls, bookings, and inquiries

• Maintain customer records and service schedules

• Coordinate with the service team for smooth operations

• Manage billing and basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist (preferably in automobile/car service industry)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, scheduling software, etc.)

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

مطلوب موظف استقبال – Auto Spa، بودايـا، البحرين

المهام:

• استقبال ومساعدة العملاء بطريقة احترافية

• الرد على المكالمات، الحجوزات والاستفسارات

• المحافظة على سجلات العملاء وجداول الصيانة

• التنسيق مع فريق الخدمة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

• إدارة الفواتير والمهام الإدارية الأساسية

المتطلبات:

• خبرة سابقة كموظف استقبال (يفضل في صناعة السيارات أو خدمات السيارات)

• مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة

• معرفة جيدة بالكمبيوتر (MS Office، برامج الجدولة، إلخ)

• القدرة على تعدد المهام والعمل تحت الضغط

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، العربية ميزة إضافية
