The Production Operator is responsible for executing day-to-day production activities on the shop floor, including safe and efficient machinery operation, material handling, and end-of-line processes. The role ensures adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.

The position works within shift teams to achieve production targets, reduce downtime, and maintain consistent product quality while supporting continuous operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to production requirements.
• Handle materials and support end-of-line production processes.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and HSE guidelines.
• Monitor equipment performance and report deviations or abnormalities.
• Support basic troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure traceability of materials.
• Participate in shift handovers and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain housekeeping standards (5S/GMP) for a safe and clean workspace.
• Work flexibly across shifts in line with production schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1 year training or experience in FMCG or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Understanding of production processes and industrial safety standards.
• Ability to work in shifts and adapt to operational needs.

المسؤوليات

• تشغيل الآلات بأمان وكفاءة وفقًا لمتطلبات الإنتاج.

• اتبع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) ومعايير الجودة وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
• مراقبة أداء المعدات والإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات أو حالات شاذة.
• تقديم الدعم في عمليات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها الأساسية لضمان استمرار تدفق الإنتاج دون انقطاع.
• الحفاظ على سجلات إنتاج دقيقة وضمان إمكانية تتبع المواد.
• المشاركة في عمليات تسليم الورديات وأنشطة التحسين المستمر.
• الحفاظ على معايير النظافة (5S/GMP) من أجل بيئة عمل آمنة ونظيفة.
• العمل بمرونة عبر الورديات بما يتماشى مع جداول الإنتاج.

متطلبات

• الحد الأدنى المطلوب هو دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
• يفضل الحصول على تدريب أو خبرة لمدة عام واحد في مجال السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول أو بيئة تصنيع مماثلة.
• فهم عمليات الإنتاج ومعايير السلامة الصناعية.
• القدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات والتكيف مع الاحتياجات التشغيلية.
