Senior Account Manager – Bahrain

Location: Bahrain

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in accounting and financial management

Reporting To: CFO & CEO

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to lead and oversee the accounting department across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building financial structures, streamlining reporting systems, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the accounting operations for multiple entities

• Develop and implement financial structures and internal controls

• Prepare and present financial reports directly to the CFO and CEO

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings

• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies

• Lead and mentor the accounting team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting

• Proven leadership in managing multi-business financial operations

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Bahrain’s financial regulations

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

نحن نبحث عن مدير حسابات أول ذو خبرة عالية واستراتيجية لقيادة والإشراف على قسم المحاسبة عبر وحدات أعمال متعددة. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن بناء الهياكل المالية، تبسيط أنظمة التقارير، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحلية والدولية.

المسؤوليات:

• إدارة والإشراف على عمليات المحاسبة للعديد من الكيانات

• تطوير وتنفيذ الهياكل المالية والرقابة الداخلية

• إعداد وعرض التقارير المالية مباشرة على المدير المالي والرئيس التنفيذي

• ضمان إتمام الإغلاق الشهري والسنوي بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد

• التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين والهيئات التنظيمية

• قيادة وتوجيه فريق المحاسبة

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في المحاسبة، المالية أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المحاسبة

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العمليات المالية لعدة أعمال

• معرفة قوية بالمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS) ولوائح البحرين المالية

• مهارات تواصل وتحليل ممتازة
