Description

Our organization is expanding, and we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Engineer to manage and oversee a range of ongoing and upcoming construction projects, including high-rise towers and villa developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project execution, ensuring adherence to specifications, budget, timelines, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to execute projects in line with approved plans and budgets

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple sites

• Develop, update, and track detailed project schedules using project management tools

• Control and monitor project budgets and timelines, proactively addressing potential risks

• Lead and supervise site teams and labor, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality practices

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Manage change orders, variations, and deviations from approved project plans

• Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure accurate documentation of daily reports, site logs, progress tracking, and meeting minutes

• Supervise material and equipment procurement to ensure timely availability and avoid delays

• Address technical and operational issues swiftly to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

• 6–8 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry

• Experience working with Grade A or B contracting companies

• Proven experience in high-rise buildings, villas, and multi-site project handling

• Hands-on experience managing large workforces (300+ employees)

• Strong knowledge across technical, financial, and administrative areas of construction

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-value, deadline-driven projects

• Capability to set up and manage a new department or operational unit

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a decisive leadership approach

• Valid driver’s license is mandatory

• Construction contracting background only (consulting experience not applicable)

Description:

A leading Real Estate Developer in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking to employ a Junior Planning Engineer for the Construction Division.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other scheduling software.

• Prepare the WBS based on construction drawings.

• Set work programs and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.

• Prepare and submit updated work programs, actual progress reports, and identify areas of weakness with recovery methods.

• Monitor site progress, maintain records, and update schedules accordingly.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Prepare progress reports and presentations.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.

• Analyze project data to identify trends and potential issues.

• Assist in resource allocation and leveling.

• Develop detailed baseline schedules, identifying critical path activities and float time.

• Track project progress against the baseline schedule and identify deviations.

• Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of changes in project parameters.

• Assist in allocating resources effectively to optimize project timelines and costs.

• Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.

تعلن شركتنا عن حاجتها إلى مهندس مشروع ذو خبرة عالية لإدارة والإشراف على مجموعة من المشاريع الإنشائية القائمة والقادمة، بما في ذلك الأبراج السكنية والفلل. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن قيادة التنفيذ وضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات والميزانية والجداول الزمنية ولوائح السلامة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• التعاون مع المهندسين والمعماريين والمقاولين لتنفيذ المشاريع وفق الخطط والميزانية.

• الإشراف وإدارة العمليات اليومية في مواقع البناء.

• إعداد وتحديث ومتابعة الجداول الزمنية باستخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع.

• مراقبة الميزانية والمواعيد النهائية ومعالجة المخاطر المحتملة.

• قيادة والإشراف على فرق العمل وضمان الجودة والسلامة.

• الإشراف على توريد المواد والمعدات لضمان توفرها في الوقت المناسب.

• حل المشاكل الفنية والتشغيلية بسرعة لضمان سير العمل.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص مشابه.

• خبرة 6 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال مشابه داخل قطاع المقاولات.

• خبرة في مشاريع الأبراج السكنية والفلل وإدارة مشاريع متعددة المواقع.

• خبرة عملية في إدارة فرق عمل كبيرة (300+ موظف).

• معرفة قوية بالجوانب الفنية والمالية والإدارية للمشاريع.

• القدرة على قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات وإدارة مشاريع ضخمة ضمن مهل زمنية ضيقة.

• القدرة على تأسيس وإدارة قسم أو وحدة تشغيلية جديدة.

• مهارات عالية في حل المشكلات والقيادة الحاسمة.

• يشترط وجود رخصة قيادة سارية.

• خبرة فقط في المقاولات (لا يُقبل الخبرة الاستشارية).

المهام الوظيفية

• المساعدة في تطوير الجداول الزمنية التفصيلية للمشاريع باستخدام Primavera P6 أو برامج التخطيط الأخرى.
