Part-Time Accountant (Tally Software)

We are looking for a part-time accountant with Tally software experience.

• Timing: 17:00 to 20:00 (3 hours/day, 6 days a week)

• Location: Sanabis Area

• Tasks: Auditing, Tally software implementation, payroll, and salary slip management

Accountant – Minimum 3 Years Experience

We are looking for an Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Job Description:

• Manage financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments

• Maintain accurate records and prepare financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow)

• Ensure VAT compliance and manage tax-related documentation

• Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations and payslip generation

• Perform inventory management and bank reconciliation

• Assist with internal and external audits

• Prepare cost estimations and quotations

• Support administrative finance-related tasks

• Proficiency in Tally ERP is required

• إدارة الرواتب وكشوف الرواتب.

مطلوب محاسب – خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات

المهام:

• إدخال البيانات وإدارة المعاملات المالية (مبيعات، مشتريات، إيصالات، مدفوعات).

• حفظ السجلات بدقة وإعداد التقارير المالية (الميزانية العمومية، بيان الدخل، التدفقات النقدية).

• التأكد من الالتزام باللوائح الضريبية (بما في ذلك ضريبة القيمة المضافة).

• إدارة الرواتب وكشوف الرواتب.

• إدارة المخزون والمطابقات البنكية.

• المساعدة في التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي، وإعداد التكاليف والعروض.

• إلمام تام باستخدام برنامج Tally ERP.
