Job Title: Indoor Sales Associate / Sales Representative / Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs.

• Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrations.

• Drive sales and achieve individual & store targets.

• Process sales transactions at the cash register (POS system).

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

• Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma (degree is a plus).

• 1–2 years proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
