Quantity Surveyor – Contracting & Interior Fit-Outs in Bahrain

About the Role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 2–4 years of experience to support cost estimation, project budgeting, tendering, and contract administration. The role ensures projects are delivered on budget and in line with quality standards, offering valuable exposure in both construction and fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documents for construction and interior fit-out projects
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare material requirement sheets
• Support evaluation of subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison statements
• Assist in drafting contracts, variations, and interim payment certificates
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flows to maintain financial control
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, contracts, and site instructions
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution

نبذة عن الوظيفة:
نبحث عن مساح كميات بخبرة تتراوح بين سنتين وأربع سنوات لدعم تقدير التكاليف، وإعداد ميزانيات المشاريع، وتقديم العطاءات، وإدارة العقود. يضمن هذا الدور إنجاز المشاريع ضمن الميزانية المحددة وبما يتماشى مع معايير الجودة، مما يوفر خبرة قيّمة في مشاريع البناء والتجهيز.

المسؤوليات

• المساعدة في إعداد تقديرات التكلفة، وفواتير الكميات، ووثائق العطاءات لمشاريع البناء والتشطيب الداخلي
• إجراء عمليات تحديد الكميات وإعداد أوراق متطلبات المواد
• دعم تقييم عروض المقاولين من الباطن وإعداد بيانات المقارنة
• المساعدة في صياغة العقود والتغييرات وشهادات الدفع المؤقتة
• مراقبة تكاليف المشروع والميزانيات والتدفقات النقدية للحفاظ على الرقابة المالية
• الحفاظ على التوثيق المناسب للرسومات والعقود وتعليمات الموقع
• التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع ومهندسي الموقع وفرق المشتريات لضمان التنفيذ السلس
