Lead Project Manager

Job Description Summary:

The Project Manager will be in charge of leading a Turnkey AC Systems project including Design, Supply, Electro-mechanical Installation, and Testing & Commissioning works. Responsible for managing the Project team comprising Project Management and other functions (Engineering, Project Cost Control, Finance, EHS, Quality, Construction & Contracts Management) to drive and control project activities in strict adherence to the processes and procedures.

Partnering with all project stakeholders (internal & external), the Project Manager is accountable for project delivery to specification, budget, on time, and up to the satisfaction of the customer. Measures, optimizes, and reports the key operational & financial indicators of the project in accordance with the applicable governance and pacing cycles. Supports settlements & claims in accordance with contract, analyzes root causes of deviations, and fosters continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• EHS: Actively communicate & implement EHS plans, ensure consistent approach in business decisions impacting EHS, represent the Company on legal aspects related to EHS, and integrate EHS into project strategy.
• Project Integration Management: Identify all internal & external stakeholders, balance their needs and impacts, and ensure a win-win outcome in line with contractual obligations.
• Project Risk Management: Implement a risk management plan involving all stakeholders, track risk activities throughout the project life cycle, set performance metrics to score risk, and ensure communication of risk.

يكون مدير المشروع مسؤولًا عن قيادة مشروع أنظمة تكييف شاملة (Turnkey AC Systems) يشمل التصميم، التوريد، التركيب الكهروميكانيكي، وأعمال الاختبار والتشغيل (Testing & Commissioning). يدير فريق المشروع الذي يضم إدارة المشروع ووظائف أخرى (الهندسة، مراقبة تكلفة المشروع، المالية، الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، الجودة، الإدارة الإنشائية والعقود) لضمان تنفيذ أنشطة المشروع وفق العمليات والإجراءات.

المسؤوليات والمهام:

• الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS): المشاركة الفعالة في التواصل وتنفيذ خطط الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، وضمان دمج مع استراتيجية المشروع وتمثيل الشركة عند الحاجة في الجوانب القانونية.
• إدارة تكامل المشروع: تحديد جميع الأطراف المعنية بالمشروع وضمان توازن احتياجاتهم وتأثيراتهم لتحقيق نتائج مربحة لجميع الأطراف وفق الالتزامات العقدية.
• إدارة مخاطر المشروع: تنفيذ خطة لإدارة المخاطر تشمل جميع أصحاب المصلحة، وتتبع جميع أنشطة المخاطر طوال دورة حياة المشروع، ووضع مقاييس دقيقة لتقييم المخاطر والتأكد من التواصل بشأنها.
