Account Executive with Software Experience – Remote

Role Description:
Contract remote role for a GRC Account Executive
Manage client accounts, identify compliance needs, and recommend solutions
Daily client interactions, understanding compliance requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of services
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) principles
Experience managing client accounts and providing compliance solutions
Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and other compliance standards
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in tech or healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compliance, or related field

إدارة حسابات العملاء وتحديد احتياجات الامتثال وتقديم الحلول المناسبة
التعامل اليومي مع العملاء لضمان تقديم خدمات الامتثال في الوقت المناسب
المؤهلات:
فهم قوي لمبادئ GRC (الحوكمة، المخاطر، والامتثال)
خبرة في إدارة حسابات العملاء وتقديم حلول الامتثال
معرفة بمعايير SOC 2، ISO 27001، HIPAA، GDPR
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وعن بُعد
مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات
خبرة في قطاع التكنولوجيا أو الرعاية الصحية ميزة
بكالوريوس في الأعمال، الامتثال، أو مجال ذي صلة
