About the Job:

Job Purpose:

Deliver the ultimate customer service experience as per MAGRABi standards to create a positive relationship and retain customers, through identifying customer needs and advising on the best products and services that meet and satisfy those needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school degree or equivalent; Diploma is a plus.

• 1–2 years of experience in retail; optical expertise is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain MAGRABi standards by following policies and procedures such as dress code, floor attitude, sales policies, and code of conduct.

• Identify customer requirements through MAGRABi selling procedures, offering products, services, and promotions to meet customer needs.

• Ensure customers receive promised services through follow-up with other stakeholders until the service is delivered.

• Share responsibility for stock accuracy and product safety, reporting issues and variances to improve stock control and maintenance.

• Handle invoicing processes over the system to adhere to MAGRABi selling standards and track sales efficiently.

• Cooperate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the customer experience to build long-term customer relationships.

• Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement to meet monthly business plan targets.

Optometrist

About the Job:

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the eye test room, performing eye tests and prescription writing, and partaking in sales activities to achieve store sales targets while providing world-class customer service in accordance with MAGRABi values, increasing company profitability, and promoting customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Optometry recognized by the Ministry of Health in Bahrain.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience; retail experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review customer history prior to conducting eye tests to understand individual cases and support effective health resolutions, referring complex cases to MAGRABi hospitals.

• Conduct eye test procedures as per MAGRABi standards to provide accurate and precise prescriptions.

• Understand customer requirements, explain solutions, and provide information about MAGRABi products and services to support customer satisfaction and sales.

• Update customer records in a timely manner according to defined procedures for future reference.

• Fit and check prescribed lenses to correct vision defects, offering advice and helping clients choose frames and lenses for the best fitting solutions.

• Collaborate with sales representatives and vision care product suppliers to provide insights into technical specifications of products, market trends, and client requirements to obtain the best services for MAGRABi.

هدف الوظيفة:

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها، والدبلوم ميزة إضافية.

• خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في البيع بالتجزئة، مع معرفة في البصريات ميزة إضافية.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

• الالتزام بمعايير MAGRABi من خلال اتباع السياسات والإجراءات المحددة مسبقًا مثل: قواعد اللباس، سلوك الموظفين على أرض المتجر، سياسات المبيعات، ومدونة السلوك للحفاظ على صورة الشركة.

• التعرف على متطلبات العملاء من خلال تطبيق إجراءات البيع لدى MAGRABi، وعرض المنتجات والخدمات المختلفة ومناقشة العروض الترويجية لتلبية احتياجات العملاء.

• ضمان تحقيق وعود الشركة للعملاء من خلال المتابعة الدقيقة لمتطلباتهم مع أصحاب المصلحة الآخرين حتى يتم تقديم الخدمة بشكل كامل.

• المشاركة في مسؤولية دقة المخزون وسلامة المنتجات، والإبلاغ عن المشكلات والفروقات للمساهمة في تحسين مراقبة المخزون وصيانته.

• إدارة عملية الفوترة عبر النظام للالتزام بمعايير بيع MAGRABi والمساهمة في تحسين تتبع المبيعات وتسجيلها.

هدف الوظيفة:

مسؤول عن غرفة اختبار العين، إجراء الفحوصات البصرية وكتابة الوصفات الطبية، والمشاركة في أنشطة المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات في المتجر مع تقديم خدمات عملاء عالمية وفق قيم MAGRABi، بهدف زيادة ربحية الشركة وتعزيز رضا العملاء وولائهم للعلامة التجارية.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• درجة في البصريات معترف بها من وزارة الصحة في البحرين.

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات، والخبرة في البيع بالتجزئة ميزة إضافية.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

• مراجعة التاريخ الطبي للعميل قبل إجراء الفحوصات البصرية لفهم الحالة الفردية ودعم الحلول الفعالة للمشكلات الصحية من خلال تحويل الحالات المعقدة إلى مستشفيات MAGRABi.

• إجراء إجراءات اختبار العين وفق معايير MAGRABi لضمان تقديم وصفة طبية دقيقة وصحيحة.

• التعامل مع العملاء الذين يزورون المتجر، وفهم احتياجاتهم وشرح الحلول المختلفة لتقديم معلومات حول منتجات وخدمات MAGRABi، ودعم تحقيق رضا العملاء وإيرادات المبيعات.

• تحديث سجلات العملاء بشكل دوري وفق الإجراءات المحددة لتسهيل الحفاظ على السجلات للرجوع إليها مستقبلاً.

• تركيب وفحص العدسات الموصوفة لتصحيح مشاكل الرؤية، وتقديم النصائح والتطمينات حول قضايا الرؤية، ومساعدة العملاء في اختيار الإطارات والعدسات لتقديم أفضل الحلول المناسبة.

• التعاون مع ممثلي المبيعات وموردي منتجات العناية بالبصر لتقديم معلومات حول المواصفات الفنية للمنتجات، بما يتماشى مع اتجاهات السوق واحتياجات العملاء الحالية والمستقبلية، لضمان تقديم أفضل الخدمات لدى MAGRABi.
