Job Title: Female Senior Accountant – Immediate Hiring

A reputed group of companies in Bahrain urgently requires a Female Divisional Senior Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts

• Handle daily accounting functions up to finalization

• Budget preparation and variance analysis reporting

• Manage a team of 2 accountants

• Review journal entries to ensure accuracy

• Ageing analysis of AR/AP and inventory

• Customer, supplier, and bank reconciliations

• Intercompany account reconciliation

• Maintain fixed assets register

• VAT return filing

• Liaise with internal departments

• Assist with internal and external audits

• Liaise with banks and financial institutions

• Report to the Financial Controller

Minimum Requirements:

• Postgraduate in Accounting – MBA/CA/ACCA/CPA

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Excellent communication and writing abilities

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Bahrain

• At least 5 years' experience as a Senior Accountant

• Nationality: Indian

• Age: Maximum 42 years

• Local hiring only (must be available in Bahrain)

📢 مطلوب محاسبة أولى (سيدة) – التوظيف فوري محلي فقط

مجموعة شركات مرموقة في البحرين تبحث بشكل عاجل عن محاسبة أولى (سيدة) للعمل في القسم المالي.

المهام الوظيفية:

• إعداد التقارير الشهرية للإدارة.

• إدارة المهام المحاسبية اليومية حتى إعداد الميزانية النهائية.

• إعداد الميزانية وتحليل الفروقات.

• إدارة فريق مكون من محاسبين اثنين.

• مراجعة قيود اليومية للمحاسبين للتأكد من الدقة.

• تحليل أعمار الحسابات للعملاء والموردين والمخزون.

• تسوية حسابات العملاء والموردين والبنوك.

• تسوية الحسابات بين الشركات.

• إدارة سجلات الأصول الثابتة.

• تقديم الإقرارات الضريبية (VAT).

• التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى.

• المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية.

• التعامل مع البنوك والمؤسسات المالية.

المتطلبات:

• مؤهل دراسات عليا في المحاسبة (MBA/CA/ACCA أو CPA).

• مهارات متقدمة في استخدام Excel.

• مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.

• مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة.

• قدرة على إدارة الوقت والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في البحرين كمحاسبة أولى.

• الجنسية: هندية.

• العمر: بحد أقصى 42 سنة.

• يشترط التواجد داخل البحرين.
