1. Mechanical Supervisor (PCC & Start-up)

Key Responsibilities:

• Solo run and monitoring of motors & compressors (~41–56 units per NCFS)

• Mechanical run tests (pumps and compressors)

• Internal cleaning & vessel inspections (~86 units per NCFS)

• Box-up inspections (~86 units per NCFS)

• Initial filling of lubrication and chemicals (~4 units)

• Alignment (hot) (~56 units per NCFS)

• Vendor assistance and troubleshooting during PCC/start-up

• Lube oil flushing and seal system start-up

• Initial start of all mechanical equipment & continuous monitoring

• Walkthroughs, documentation (MEI/RFC/RFSU/PSSR)

• Mechanical punch clearance during PCC/start-up

• Permit & LOTO system implementation

2. Piping Supervisor / Engineer (PCC & Start-up)

Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Piping

Experience:

• Diploma: 10–15 years in oil & gas projects

• Bachelor’s: 8–10 years in oil & gas projects
  Key Responsibilities:

• Line walk, flushing, blowing, pressure testing, valve installation

• Test pack closure, line clearance certificates, handover records

• Strong field coordination and leadership, HSE awareness

• Knowledge of ASME B31.3, P&IDs, Isometrics, compressor station experience

3. Instrumentation Engineer (PCC & Start-up)

Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Instrumentation / Control

Experience: Diploma: 10–15 years | Bachelor’s: 8–15 years in oil & gas projects

Location: Bahrain preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Loop checking, function tests, calibration, control valves, C&E testing

• Documentation: Loop folders, FAT/SAT reports, system handover dossiers, RLM

• Analytical mindset, documentation discipline, leadership & coordination

• Knowledge of IEC, ISA, DCS/ESD/F&G interface, compressor station experience

4. DCS Supervisor (PCC & Start-up)

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily operation of LIER building

• Documentation and punch clearance during FAT & SAT

• Control narrative verification per unit

• ESD panel and FGS cause & effect testing

• Trip & alarm verification

• Logic force bypassing for PCC/start-up

• Plant troubleshooting, start-up, and commissioning

• MRT functional tests, DCS monitoring, verification of initial line-up

• SAT of the entire plant with vendor

• PLC functional tests & commissioning of each system

• Introduction and training on HC DCS operation

5. Electrical Engineer (PCC & Start-up)

Key Responsibilities:

• BOM verification against schematic drawings

• Circuit breaker functional checks, primary & secondary injection tests

• Starter / MCCB / isolator checks for LVSG systems

• Energization, interlock verification for all equipment

• Lighting system inspections, external & internal mechanical check

• Verification of name plates, IFC/Data sheets, and earthing continuity

• Power up welding sockets, lighting panels, and all skids/vendor items

• UPS power-up and discharge tests

• Motor and LCS inspection, winding resistance and IR testing

• HVAC commissioning and start-up

مشرف ميكانيكا (PCC و Start-up)

• الوصف الوظيفي:
  المسؤول عن تشغيل المعدات الميكانيكية خلال مرحلة PCC وبدء التشغيل، وضمان سلامة العمليات وجودة العمل.

• المهام والمسؤوليات:

1. التشغيل الفردي لجميع المحركات والضواغط (حوالي 41 وحدة لكل NCFS)

2. اختبار التشغيل الميكانيكي لجميع المضخات والضواغط (حوالي 56 وحدة لكل NCFS)

3. التنظيف الداخلي للفولاذ والأنابيب (حوالي 86 وحدة لكل NCFS)

4. فحص التغليف النهائي (Box-up) (حوالي 86 وحدة لكل NCFS)

5. التعبئة الأولية للزيوت والشحوم والمواد الكيميائية (حوالي 4 وحدات)

6. تنفيذ الفحوصات المختلفة في كل مرحلة مع فريق BAPCO Upstream (PCC/Start-up)

7. المحاذاة الحرارية للمعدات (حوالي 56 وحدة لكل NCFS)

8. تقديم الدعم للموردين

9. حل المشكلات أثناء PCC وبدء التشغيل

10. تفريغ زيت التشحيم وتشغيل نظام الأختام

11. بدء تشغيل جميع المعدات الميكانيكية والمتابعة المستمرة

12. جميع عمليات الفحص والتوثيق (MEI / RFC / RFSU / PSSR)

13. إزالة الملاحظات الميكانيكية خلال PCC وبدء التشغيل

14. تنفيذ نظام الأذونات وإقفال LOTO

مشرف/مهندس أنابيب (PCC و Start-up)

• المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • المسؤولية عن الوثائق: إغلاق حزم الاختبار، شهادات خلو الخطوط، سجلات التسليم

  • المهارات القيادية: تنسيق ميداني قوي، تركيز على السلامة، قيادة، تنسيق، ووعي عالي بالسلامة

  • المعرفة بالمعايير (ميزة إضافية): ASME B31.3، P&IDs، الرسوم الإيزومترية، خبرة بمحطات الضواغط

  • الكفاءات الفنية الأساسية: جولات تفقدية للخطوط، التفريغ، النفخ، اختبار الضغط، تركيب الصمامات

• المؤهل: دبلوم / بكالوريوس في الميكانيكا أو الأنابيب

• الخبرة:

  • الدبلوم: 10–15 سنة في مشاريع النفط والغاز

  • البكالوريوس: 8–10 سنوات في مشاريع النفط والغاز

• الوصف الوظيفي:
  الإشراف على تشغيل وحدات التحكم الموزعة خلال PCC وبدء التشغيل وضمان صحة العمليات والوثائق.

• المهام والمسؤوليات:

1. مسؤول عن تشغيل مبنى LIER اليومي

2. جميع الأعمال الوثائقية وإزالة الملاحظات أثناء FAT و SAT

3. التحقق من سرد التحكم لكل وحدة

4. اختبار السبب والتأثير للوحة ESD

5. اختبار السبب والتأثير لنظام FGS

6. التحقق من التنبيهات والانقطاعات (Trip & Alarm)

7. تجاوز المنطق القسري (Logic Force Bypassing) للأنشطة PCC وبدء التشغيل

8. حل المشكلات في المصنع بما يشمل التشغيل وبدء التشغيل / التكليف

9. اختبار وظائف MRT للأجهزة والمعدات ومراقبة DCS

10. التحقق من الخطوط الأولية لمراقبة DCS

11. SAT لكامل المصنع مع المورد

12. اختبار وظائف PLC

13. تكليف كل نظام

14. تقديم مقدمة لتشغيل DCS الخاص بمصنع HC

• المهام والمسؤوليات:

14. التحقق من BOM مقابل الرسوم التخطيطية

15. فحص عمل قواطع الدائرة وتسجيل النتائج

16. اختبار الحقن الأولي

17. اختبار مرحلي للحماية (Secondary Injection Test)

18. فحص Starter / MCCB / Isolator لنظام LVSG

19. تفعيل وفحص الوظائف / التداخل لجميع المعدات

20. الفحص البصري للضرر الداخلي والخارجي لأنظمة الإضاءة

21. التحقق من صحة البيانات على لوحة التعريف / IFC / Data Sheet لجميع الأنظمة

22. التأكد من توصيلات التأريض واستمرارية الأرضية

23. تفعيل قواطع MCCB للإضاءة

24. محاكاة وفحص تشغيل المؤقتات / مفاتيح الفوتوسيل

25. تزويد الطاقة لجميع مقابس اللحام ولوحات الإضاءة وجميع المعدات

26. فحص الوظائف لجميع المعدات والإضاءة لكل وحدات Skid وعناصر المورد

27. التحقق من مطابقة الرسوم / IFC / Data Sheet لكل وحدات Skid والمورد

28. تشغيل UPS

29. التحقق من الجهد وUPS

30. اختبار التفريغ

31. فحص المحركات وLCS لكل وحدات Skid والمورد

32. اختبار مقاومة اللف لكل محركات Skid والمورد

33. اختبار العزل (IR) لكل محركات Skid والمورد
