IT Administrator (Bahraini Only)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our Help Desk team. You will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operations across our organization.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of professional experience in IT Help Desk or IT Administration
· Bahraini national (Required)
· Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems
· Experience with Active Directory, user management, and network administration
· Proficiency in ticketing systems and IT support tools
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and customer service abilities
· Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to and resolve IT support tickets from end-users
· Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person support
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
· Perform system maintenance and updates
· Document issues and solutions for future reference
· Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset management
· Support company IT infrastructure and security protocols

PHP Developer (Bahraini Only)
Requirements & Skills:
· Knowledge of programming languages and web technologies, especially PHP, Laravel, web development, iOS/Android development, field programmable gate arrays, object-oriented programming, signal processing, image processing, machine learning
· Skilled in DBMS, project management frameworks, cloud computing, and APIs
· Soft skills: communication, teamwork, problem-solving, attention to detail, creative thinking
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 4 years of in-field experience
· Strong Arabic and English reading, writing, and speaking ability
· Pre-trained in progress/incident report writing, including documenting issues and resolution steps
Web Developer & Systems Administrator (ASP.NET / MS SQL)
Key Responsibilities:
· Platform Support & Development: Maintain and enhance the website using ASP.NET and the C# Framework
· Database Management: Administer the primary database using Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL)
· Server Administration: Manage hosting infrastructure via Windows Server and IIS for secure and stable performance
· API & Integration: Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain APIs and web services supporting internal systems and third-party integrations
· Website Maintenance: Regularly update page content, implement functional enhancements, and conduct bug fixing; maintain existing eServices and business logic
· Feature Development: Develop new modules or feature requests as specified by the client
· Emergency Response: Remain available for urgent support outside normal hours to address website outages, security threats, and critical service failures
