Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify their needs accurately

• Provide detailed explanations of products, features, and usage methods

• Recommend suitable products according to customer preferences and budgets

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management

• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate billing records

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

• Participate in regular stocktaking and update pricing and promotional displays

• Stay up to date with new products and product developments in the market

• Follow company policies and customer service procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales of home appliances or home products

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Good knowledge of modern technology and smart devices

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
