Requirements:

2–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in perfumes or cosmetics

Chief Accountant (Bahraini National) – Bahrain
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the full accounting function: GL, AP, AR, and payroll

Prepare and review financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) according to IFRS

Ensure compliance with Bahrain laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
-
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance

Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies

Supervise and mentor accounting team members

Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making
Requirements:

Bahraini National (mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

8–10 years of accounting experience, including 3–5 years in senior or chief accountant role

Strong knowledge of IFRS and Bahrain financial regulations

Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic preferred)

معرفة قوية بمعايير IFRS واللوائح المالية في البحرين.
