Account Assistant

Job Vacancy: Accounts Assistant - Bahrain National

Company: ELV Company (Low Voltage Systems)

Location: Sitra, Bahrain

Age Requirement: Below 30 years

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the accounting field

• Experience in supplier payments and petty cash handling

• Strong knowledge of ledger updates and journal entries

• Familiar with local purchasing systems, vendor payments, and coordination with suppliers

• Proficient in Excel and experienced with any accounting software

• Basic understanding of contracts, especially related to ELV or technical service projects

Technical & Accounting Skills:

• Accounts payable & receivable

• Supplier payment processing

• Petty cash management

• Ledger posting & journal entry preparation

• Basic contract understanding (ELV/technical service contracts)

• Purchase order verification & coordination

• Vendor reconciliation

• Experience with accounting software (Tally / QuickBooks / ERP etc.)

• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, data entry)

Experienced Fire Alarm Technician

We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm and detection systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of fire alarm panels, wiring, and system programming, with hands-on experience in commissioning and servicing.

Requirements:

• Candidate should have experience in Fire Alarm Systems

• Education: Electrical Diploma (Preferred)

• Must have Bahrain Driving License (Pick up Manual vehicle)

• Certification: Electrical Installation Technician or Wireman License (EWA) is advantage/priority

• Experience: Fire Alarm Technician: 3 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm and detection systems

• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm panels, wiring, and system programming

• Hands-on experience in commissioning and servicing

• معرفة قوية بتحديث الحسابات وإعداد القيود اليومية

• الإلمام بأنظمة الشراء المحلية، ودفع الموردين، والتنسيق معهم

• إجادة استخدام Excel وخبرة بأي برنامج محاسبي

نبحث عن فني أجهزة إنذار الحريق ذو خبرة لتركيب، وفحص، واستكشاف الأعطال، وصيانة أنظمة الإنذار وكشف الحريق. يجب أن يكون المرشح لديه معرفة تقنية قوية بلوحات إنذار الحريق، والأسلاك، وبرمجة النظام، مع خبرة عملية في التشغيل والصيانة.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة في أنظمة إنذار الحريق

• المؤهل: دبلوم كهرباء (مفضل)

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية (قيادة سيارة يدوية)

• شهادة: فني تركيب كهربائي أو رخصة Wireman (EWA) ميزة/أفضلية

• الخبرة: فني أجهزة إنذار الحريق: 3 سنوات (مفضل)

المهارات:

• تركيب، وفحص، واستكشاف الأعطال، وصيانة أنظمة الإنذار وكشف الحريق
