Draftsman
Position Overview
Responsible for designing carpentry solutions and supervising the full production process within the Carpentry Division. To create and provide design drawings for all departments requiring carpentry, oversee production activities, and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all carpentry works under the guidance of the Carpentry Manager.
Key Responsibilities as a Draftsman

Create 2D and 3D designs for carpentry works required by any department

Supervise production activities in the Carpentry Division to ensure adherence to designs, schedules, and quality standards

Manage workflow, team assignments, and production resources

Conduct site measurements and develop precise drawings for fabrication and installation
-
Ensure safety standards and best practices are maintained throughout the production process
-
Coordinate with project stakeholders and other internal departments to optimize carpentry output and resolve worksite issues efficiently

Contribute to the training and development of production team members to uphold craftsmanship and productivity standards
Graphic Designer / Draftsman
Job Overview
Responsible for creating digital designs for events. Working with Events Manager to fulfil client needs.
Duties and Responsibilities

Design and develop 2D and 3D designs

Work with AutoCAD

Take measurements from site and make floor plans and detailed drawings as per site details. After approval from client, make 3D designs

الإشراف على أنشطة الإنتاج في قسم النجارة لضمان الالتزام بالتصاميم والجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة.

إدارة سير العمل، وتوزيع المهام على الفريق، واستخدام الموارد الإنتاجية بكفاءة.
-
أخذ القياسات من المواقع وتطوير رسومات دقيقة للتصنيع والتركيب.
-
ضمان تطبيق معايير السلامة وأفضل الممارسات خلال عملية الإنتاج.
-
التنسيق مع أصحاب المشاريع والأقسام الداخلية الأخرى لتحسين الإنتاجية وحل المشكلات في مواقع العمل بكفاءة.

المساهمة في تدريب وتطوير أعضاء فريق الإنتاج للحفاظ على معايير الحرفية والإنتاجية.

العمل باستخدام برنامج AutoCAD.

أخذ القياسات من الموقع وإعداد مخططات الأرضيات والرسومات التفصيلية وفقًا لتفاصيل الموقع. بعد موافقة العميل، إعداد التصاميم ثلاثية الأبعاد.

إعداد الرسومات الإنتاجية للنجارين بعد الانتهاء من التصاميم النهائية.
