Operations Specialist (BPay)

About the Job:

About BPay:

BPay is a fiat wallet built to support Binance's cryptocurrency business. It allows customers to hold and store funds, enabling the purchase of cryptocurrencies on the Binance platform through verified accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Business Process Management: Develop SOPs with process owners; evaluate and optimize business processes; monitor productivity, quality, and costs; present performance tracking reports and integrate feedback.
• Project Management: Identify delivery gaps, recommend improvements, drive internal projects to optimize outcomes, coordinate process strategies with stakeholders, and oversee implementation stages.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to scale operations effectively.
• Manage communication with 3rd party partners to solve customer issues and follow up on pending items.
• Act as a liaison between BPay departments and outsourced teams (Customer Service, KYC/KYB, etc.).

Finance Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Senior Accountant roles, preferably in crypto, payments, or multinational environments.
• Experience leading external audits; Big 4 or public accounting background is a plus.
• Ability to work in unstructured environments, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments, and provide clarity and structure.
• Working knowledge and interest in AI tools and automation applied to finance functions (AI-assisted reconciliation, data analytics platforms) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for presenting financial information clearly to management and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS, general ledger functions, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).

مدير مالي

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة (يفضل CPA، ACCA، أو CMA).
• خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر كمدير مالي، مراقب مالي، أو محاسب أول، ويفضل في بيئة العملات المشفرة أو الدفع أو شركات متعددة الجنسيات.
• خبرة مثبتة في قيادة دورات التدقيق الخارجي؛ خلفية في شركات التدقيق الأربع الكبرى ميزة قوية.
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة غير منظمة، إدارة الغموض، التعامل مع مهام متعددة وتقديم هيكلية واضحة.
• الاهتمام والخبرة العملية في أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتشغيل الآلي للوظائف المالية مثل التسوية المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي أو منصات تحليلات البيانات.
• مهارات قوية في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة، مع القدرة على عرض المعلومات المالية المعقدة بوضوح.
• فهم متين للمبادئ المحاسبية العامة (GAAP/IFRS)، وظائف دفتر الأستاذ، وعملية إغلاق نهاية الشهر/السنة.
