About the Role
We are seeking a Field Superintendent to serve as the key liaison between field operations and head office. The role focuses on monitoring rig performance, ensuring adherence to company and client procedures, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all company procedures are followed regarding safety, quality, and record keeping
• Monitor operations to confirm compliance with Company and Client procedures
• Communicate regularly with Work Over Superintendents at Corporate Base, focusing on audit action points and implementation status for rigs
• Implement company, client, and subcontractor HSE plans, and follow up on all audit and inspection action points

نبحث عن مشرف ميداني ليكون حلقة الوصل الرئيسية بين العمليات الميدانية والمكتب الرئيسي. يركز هذا الدور على مراقبة أداء منصات الحفر، وضمان الالتزام بإجراءات الشركة والعملاء، والحفاظ على أعلى معايير السلامة والجودة.

المسؤوليات

• التأكد من اتباع جميع إجراءات الشركة فيما يتعلق بالسلامة والجودة وحفظ السجلات
• مراقبة العمليات للتأكد من الامتثال لإجراءات الشركة والعميل
• التواصل بانتظام مع المشرفين على العمل في القاعدة المؤسسية، مع التركيز على نقاط عمل التدقيق وحالة التنفيذ للمنصات
• تنفيذ خطط الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالشركة والعميل والمقاول من الباطن، ومتابعة جميع نقاط عمل التدقيق والتفتيش
