About the job

Supervise day-to-day artificial turf installation works at project sites
-
Ensure all works comply with FIFA Quality / FIFA Quality Pro standards
-
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and installation crews
-
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and QA/QC teams
-
Monitor work quality, safety procedures, and productivity
-
Plan manpower, materials, and equipment effectively
-
Report progress, challenges, and site requirements to management
-
Ensure timely completion of projects as per schedule
Requirements
-
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Foreman in artificial turf or sports flooring projects
-
Hands-on experience in FIFA-certified football field installations
-
Strong knowledge of installation methods, base preparation, drainage, and finishing
-
Ability to read drawings and follow technical specifications
-
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
-
Willingness to travel and work across Bahrain & Saudi Arabia

الإشراف على أعمال تركيب العشب الصناعي اليومية في مواقع المشاريع.
-
ضمان امتثال جميع الأعمال لمعايير جودة FIFA / FIFA Quality Pro.
-
إدارة فرق الموقع، والمقاولين من الباطن، وفرق التركيب.
-
التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع، ومهندسي الموقع، وفرق الجودة والمراقبة.
-
مراقبة جودة العمل، وإجراءات السلامة، والإنتاجية.
-
تخطيط القوى العاملة، والمواد، والمعدات بشكل فعال.
-
تقديم تقارير عن التقدم، والتحديات، ومتطلبات الموقع للإدارة.
-
ضمان إكمال المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وفق الجدول الزمني.
المتطلبات
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات كمشرف موقع في مشاريع العشب الصناعي أو أرضيات رياضية.
-
خبرة عملية في تركيب ملاعب كرة القدم المعتمدة من FIFA.
-
معرفة قوية بأساليب التركيب، وتحضير الأساس، والصرف، والتشطيب.
-
القدرة على قراءة الرسومات واتباع المواصفات الفنية.
-
مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل وإدارة الفريق.
-
الاستعداد للسفر والعمل في البحرين والمملكة العربية السعودية.
