About the Job:
Beside Group is one of the biggest retail chains in the Middle East, managing premium brands like Diesel, Fred Perry, Pinko, Scotch & Soda, Puma, Geox, Longchamp, and Aape. The purpose of the role is to drive sales through customer service, ensuring personal and store targets are met.
Responsibilities:

Achieve personal, store, and KPI targets to meet organizational objectives

Provide excellent customer service by following policies, offering product information, and adopting a friendly, courteous attitude to establish lasting relationships

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge regarding designs, trends, quality issues, and availability

Send and receive shipments, sort merchandise, and stock shelves, counters, racks, and tables

Complete operational administrative tasks as requested by management
Qualifications:

Minimum one year experience in a similar role within a similar brand preferred

Local retail experience preferred

Basic skills in MS Office

Knowledge of local culture and sensitivities, including fashion trends
Cluster Store Manager
Role Overview:
Manage multiple stores, ensuring sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. Foster client loyalty and expand brand presence with a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and assess store employees’ productivity and performance

Maintain orderly and presentable store appearance

Oversee stock and store operations

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge regarding designs, trends, quality issues, and availability

Ensure stores and staff meet KPIs and SOPs to maintain company standards and achieve targets

Support stores in maximizing revenue, driving sales, and increasing sell-through to meet monthly, seasonal, and annual objectives
Qualifications:

عن الوظيفة:
مسؤول عن أداء المبيعات، رضا العملاء، وتدريب وتطوير الموظفين عبر عدة متاجر. يعمل على تعزيز ولاء العملاء وتوسيع حضور العلامة التجارية، مع التركيز على العميل كمحور أساسي.
المسؤوليات:

توظيف وتدريب وتقييم إنتاجية وأداء موظفي المتاجر.

الحفاظ على مظهر المتاجر مرتب ومرحب بالعملاء.

الإشراف على المخزون وعمليات المتجر اليومية.

المؤهلات:

التعليم الثانوي أو خبرة معادلة.

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة المتاجر.

التركيز على العميل مع موقف إيجابي.

معرفة باتجاهات الموضة والتغيرات فيها.
