WE ARE HIRING – HVAC Technician

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

• Servicing and maintaining air conditioning and heating equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

• Interpreting technical documents such as electrical schematics, fluid schemes, piping diagrams, and psychrometric charts.

• Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Field operations related to all HVAC systems.

• Diagnosing and repairing system malfunctions under general supervision; providing technical support and escalating issues when necessary.

• Installing, starting up, and commissioning systems in accordance with standards and regulations.

• Testing and modifying system software.

• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in the relevant field.

• Valid Driving License (MUST)

• Trade-specific qualifications (HVAC, Refrigeration).

• Preferred state HVAC licensing.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role.

• Good communication skills.

نحن نوظف – فني تكييف (HVAC Technician)

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة ومعدات التهوية والتكييف.

• مسؤول عن تركيب وصيانة أجهزة التكييف والتدفئة في المباني السكنية والتجارية والصناعية.

• فهم وتحليل الوثائق الفنية مثل المخططات الكهربائية، ومخططات السوائل، ومخططات الأنابيب، والمخططات النفسية (psychometric).

• بناء علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها.

• نطاق العمل: جميع عمليات التكييف والتبريد في الموقع.

• تشخيص الأعطال وتقديم الدعم الفني، وتصعيد المشكلات عند الضرورة.

• تركيب وتشغيل الأنظمة وفقًا للمعايير واللوائح المعتمدة.

• القدرة على اختبار وتعديل برمجيات النظام بلغات متعددة.

• أداء المهام الأخرى ذات الصلة حسب التوجيهات.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في نفس المجال.

• وجود رخصة قيادة سارية – شرط أساسي.

• مؤهل مهني في مجال التكييف أو التبريد.

• يفضل وجود رخصة مهنية معتمدة.

• خبرة مثبتة في العمل كفني تكييف أو في دور مشابه.

• مهارات تواصل جيدة.
