Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash transactions for accuracy and compliance.

• Perform cash closing activities and verify balances.

• Monitor food handling and food-related transactions.

• Check Daily Operating System (DOS) and report discrepancies.

• Review and verify records of food and material wastage.

• Control and monitor queue management during peak hours.

• Coordinate with IT team for system issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive food materials and supplies from vendors and delivery vehicles.

• Check received items for quantity, quality, and damage.

• Assist in proper storage of food items according to safety and hygiene standards.

• Arrange stock in stores or warehouses and support inventory counting.
