Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the telephone is answered within three rings.
Pleasantly greet all callers and filter incoming calls.
Direct calls to the appropriate people/extensions.
Convey messages clearly and informatively.
Provide excellent customer service to all visitors.
Guide visitors efficiently to the right personnel.
Negotiate and obtain best corporate rates from courier companies.
Use suppliers judiciously for various services.
Handle all incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and information effectively.
Ensure the reception area is safe and clean.
Manage reservations for meeting rooms.
Execute other projects/tasks as assigned.
Supply Chain Executive (Bahrain)
Requirements:
Preferably a Master’s degree with prior experience in Demand/Supply Planning and Inventory Management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
Critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Job Profile:
Establish and review demand plans/baseline rolling forecasts for multiple time horizons based on trend analysis, historical data, and planned sales targets.
Prepare collaborative demand plans based on planned growth rates and market activities.
Maintain inventory quality through continuous assessment of aging, non-moving stock, and shelf life, providing feedback to sales teams.
Minimize opportunity loss/out-of-stocks by bridging the gap between supply and demand and improving forecasting/planning.
Ensure proactive planning considering supply constraints.

2️⃣ تنفيذي سلسلة التوريد – البحرين (Supply Chain Executive)
المتطلبات:
يُفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير ولديه خبرة سابقة في التخطيط للطلب/العرض وإدارة المخزون.
مهارات قوية في الاتصال الشفهي والكتابي والقدرة على بناء علاقات عمل فعّالة.
القدرة على التفكير النقدي، ومهارات تحليلية جيدة، واتخاذ القرارات بسرعة في بيئة عمل سريعة.
معرفة جيدة ببرنامج MS Excel.
الملف الوظيفي / المسؤوليات:
إعداد ومراجعة خطط الطلب / التنبؤات التراكمية لمختلف الفترات الزمنية بناءً على تحليل الاتجاهات والبيانات التاريخية والأهداف المخططة للمبيعات.
إعداد خطط طلب تعاونية بناءً على معدلات النمو المخططة والأنشطة السوقية.
الحفاظ على جودة المخزون للقسم/الوكالة المعنية من خلال تقييم مستمر للعناصر المتقادمة وغير المتحركة وفترة صلاحية المخزون، وتقديم التغذية الراجعة لفرق المبيعات.
تقليل خسائر الفرص ونقص المخزون عن طريق سد الفجوة بين العرض والطلب وتحسين التنبؤ / التخطيط.
ضمان وجود تخطيط استباقي يأخذ في الاعتبار قيود العرض.
