• 5 years of experience with good finishing.

• Must know how to manage time of product submission.

• Must be in Bahrain.

3) Project Coordinator

• 3 years of experience in same field or equivalent.

• Must be in Bahrain.

• Can manage a wide number of staff on a daily basis.

• Must manage proper timing and client inquiries on time.

4) Driver

• 5 years of experience in Bahrain roads and traffic rules.

• Must have valid Bahrain Driver's License.

• Must know how to drive heavy and light vehicles.

Civil Engineer – Site Supervisor

We are a specialized company in designing and constructing external rest areas, rooms, and pergolas, using aluminum, steel, glass, and construction materials.

We are looking for a Civil Engineer Site Supervisor with the skills and experience to manage field projects with high quality and accuracy, completing them correctly the first time.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

2. Supervise aluminum, steel, glass, and construction works, ensuring professional execution

3. Organize and schedule work hours, with full field presence during the 8-hour workday to ensure tasks are completed with at least 90% efficiency

4. Supervise workers and distribute tasks according to project needs

5. Ensure quality standards are applied throughout the project stages

6. Coordinate related projects and ensure smooth integration

7. Manage materials and ensure availability at the right time and place

8. Set daily and weekly priorities and ensure their execution

9. Anticipate field risks and proactively manage them

10. Supervise site cleanliness and organization at all times

11. Ensure the project vision is executed accurately and in alignment with the design

Explanation:

Full on-site presence of the engineer during the 8-hour workday is crucial to ensure tasks are performed with high efficiency (at least 90%) and to guarantee quality by executing the work correctly the first time. Absence or partial presence of the engineer can lead to inefficiency and delays in project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• At least 2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in aluminum or construction fields

• Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability in the field

• Leadership and team organization skills

• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Project

• Valid Bahraini driving license

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

2. الإشراف على أعمال الألمنيوم، الصلب، الزجاج والبناء وضمان التنفيذ الاحترافي.

3. تنظيم وجدولة ساعات العمل والحضور الكامل في الموقع خلال يوم العمل 8 ساعات لضمان إنجاز المهام بكفاءة لا تقل عن 90%.

4. الإشراف على العمال وتوزيع المهام وفقًا لاحتياجات المشروع.

5. ضمان تطبيق معايير الجودة خلال جميع مراحل المشروع.

6. تنسيق المشاريع ذات الصلة وضمان التكامل السلس.

7. إدارة المواد وضمان توافرها في الوقت والمكان المناسبين.

8. وضع أولويات يومية وأسبوعية وضمان تنفيذها.

9. التنبؤ بالمخاطر الميدانية وإدارتها بشكل استباقي.
