Area Manager – QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)

Employment: Full Time

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily inspections to ensure store compliance with food safety, service quality, and cleanliness standards

2. Provide hands-on support during peak hours to maintain service efficiency

3. Coach and lead store teams through daily PEP talks and performance feedback

4. Monitor and report daily sales performance, cost of goods, and key operational metrics

5. Evaluate and support performance of alternative sales channels such as Grab & Go and catering

6. Perform spot checks, and cash audits, and assist in resolving operational issues

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Inventory) to ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Area Manager in the QSR or food service industry

• Strong command of English (written and verbal)

• Physically fit and able to handle indoor and outdoor work settings

• Proven leadership and operational management skills

مطلوب مدير منطقة – مطاعم الوجبات السريعة (QSR)

الوصف الوظيفي:

دوام كامل

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. إجراء تفتيش يومي لضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة الغذائية وجودة الخدمة والنظافة.

2. تقديم الدعم المباشر أثناء أوقات الذروة للحفاظ على كفاءة الخدمة.

3. تدريب الفرق وتوجيهها يوميًا وتقديم الملاحظات.

4. متابعة الأداء اليومي للمبيعات، وتكاليف المنتجات، ومؤشرات التشغيل الأساسية.

5. تقييم ودعم قنوات البيع البديلة مثل Grab & Go والطلبات الخارجية.

6. تنفيذ عمليات تفتيش مفاجئة ومراجعة الصناديق المالية والمساعدة في حل المشكلات التشغيلية.

7. التعاون مع فرق الموارد البشرية، التسويق، والمخزون لتحقيق أهداف الشركة.

المتطلبات:

• شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذو صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كمدير منطقة في قطاع مطاعم الوجبات السريعة.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.

• لياقة بدنية للعمل في بيئة داخلية وخارجية.

• مهارات قيادية وتشغيلية مثبتة.
