We Are Looking for Inspection Coordinators – 3 Positions
Job Responsibilities:
Provide inspection oversight of contractors/suppliers and their sub-contractors/sub-suppliers/vendors, ensuring they are aware of their roles and responsibilities for inspection.
Perform as a focal point for all inspection coordination as per notifications received from contractors/suppliers.
Liaise with TPI for inspectors' arrangements based on the scope of work.
Have broad technical knowledge and experience in manufacturing, fabrication, welding, NDT, painting, inspection, and testing for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation-related materials and equipment – mainly piping, pressure vessels, rotating/static equipment, storage tanks, and pipelines.
Scrutinize inspectors’ CVs and verify certificates as per project competence requirements.
Gather all applicable project documents and send them to selected inspectors/TPI agencies for specific NOIs.
Prepare service orders to TPI agencies.
Liaise with company TPI agency, contractors/suppliers on progressive inspection progress/status.
Ensure inspection lookahead plans are collected from contractors/suppliers 6 weeks in advance.
Monitor and track budgeted man-days vs. consumed.
Daily monitor and maintain TPI inspection log calendar.
Ensure daily flash reports and inspection reports are received on time from TPI agencies.
Ensure all TPI reports are reviewed and approved by respective quality engineers/discipline leads.
Follow up and close open areas of concern and pending actions from TPI inspections.
Coordinate within the quality team for inspection-related topics.
Ensure weekly quality meetings are updated with inspection information.
Ensure monthly timesheets are received from TPI agencies, reviewed per service orders, and submitted for approval.
Ensure TPI agencies submit invoices on time.
Act as Aardvark system coordinator for assigning actions like inspection notifications and inspection checklists to respective quality disciplines.
Serve as the focal point for inspection requests and liaise with quality engineers for the allocation of suitable inspection personnel.
Populate and maintain the company’s database with project data including ITPs, contractor information, tag data, documents, etc.
Participate in KOM & PIM post-order meetings as required.
Support the review of manufacturing record books as needed.
Demonstrate commitment to exemplary safety performance.
Ability to work in an integrated multi-cultural team.

امتلاك معرفة وخبرة فنية واسعة في مجالات التصنيع، والتصنيع المعدني، واللحام، والفحص غير التدميري (NDT)، والدهان، والتفتيش، والاختبار، وتشمل المعدات الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، وأجهزة القياس، وخاصة الأنابيب، وأوعية الضغط، والمعدات الدوارة والثابتة، والخزانات، وخطوط الأنابيب.
تدقيق السير الذاتية وشهادات المفتشين للتأكد من توافقها مع متطلبات الكفاءة الخاصة بالمشروع.

التأكد من استلام تقارير التفتيش اليومية والفورية من وكالات TPI في الوقت المحدد.
التأكد من مراجعة واعتماد جميع تقارير TPI من قبل المهندسين المختصين أو قادة التخصصات.
متابعة وإغلاق النقاط المفتوحة والإجراءات المعلقة الناتجة عن عمليات التفتيش.
التنسيق الداخلي مع فريق الجودة في جميع المواضيع المتعلقة بالتفتيش.
تحديث اجتماعات الجودة الأسبوعية بالتقارير المتعلقة بالتفتيش.
التأكد من استلام كشوفات الدوام الشهرية من وكالات TPI، ومراجعتها حسب أوامر الخدمة، ورفعها للموافقة.
التأكد من تقديم الفواتير في الوقت المحدد من قبل وكالات TPI.
المسؤولية كنقطة تنسيق في نظام Aardvark، لتوزيع إشعارات التفتيش وقوائم التحقق على التخصصات الفنية المختصة بالجودة.
