Engineering Associate 

About the Role
Bahrain Titanium (BTI) in Manama is seeking a motivated Engineering Associate to support planning, construction, and operational activities across major projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, bilingual communication (English and Arabic), and the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all planning, permitting, pre-construction, and construction activities during the project execution phase.
Act as liaison between BTI and key technical stakeholders including DTEB (architects), MJC (contractors), and relevant government authorities.
Assist DTEB with construction supervision and site coordination.
Support equipment suppliers with inspection, delivery, installation, and commissioning of machinery.
Coordinate utility connections and infrastructure setup, including power supply with EWA.
Ensure technical documentation, approvals, and compliance are in place throughout construction.
Monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to safety and technical standards.
Support plant operations post-construction, including technical workflows, maintenance coordination, and process improvement.
Assist with production monitoring, data analysis, and reporting of technical KPIs.
Contribute to procurement and vendor coordination for technical components and spare parts.

تبحث شركة البحرين تيتانيوم (BTI) في المنامة عن مساعد هندسي متحمس لدعم أنشطة التخطيط والبناء والتشغيل في مشاريعها الكبرى. يتطلب هذا المنصب مهارات تنظيمية قوية، وتواصلًا ثنائي اللغة (الإنجليزية والعربية)، والقدرة على العمل عن كثب مع مختلف الجهات المعنية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

تنسيق جميع أنشطة التخطيط، وإصدار التصاريح، وما قبل الإنشاء، والبناء خلال مرحلة تنفيذ المشروع.
العمل كحلقة وصل بين BTI والجهات المعنية الفنية الرئيسية، بما في ذلك DTEB (المهندسون المعماريون)، وMJC (المقاولون)، والجهات الحكومية المعنية.
مساعدة DTEB في الإشراف على أعمال البناء وتنسيق الموقع.
دعم موردي المعدات في فحص الآلات وتسليمها وتركيبها وتشغيلها.
