- Monitor complex repairs and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC.

Requirements

نبحث عن مشرف موقع في البحرين أو المنطقة الشرقية من المملكة العربية السعودية. يركز هذا الدور على مراقبة الصيانة الوقائية والإصلاحات المعقدة، وخاصة أنظمة التكييف والتهوية وأنظمة المباني، لضمان الأداء الأمثل وتحسين العمليات.
المسؤوليات
- الإشراف على جداول الصيانة الوقائية وضمان تنفيذها في الوقت المناسب.
- مراقبة عمليات الإصلاح والصيانة المعقدة لأنظمة المباني، بما في ذلك أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء.
- تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات لتعزيز أداء المنشأة.
متطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المرافق أو الإشراف على المواقع.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء وصيانة المباني.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتنظيم.
