Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new restaurant partners through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Present Talabat’s value proposition, negotiate contracts, and close partnership agreements.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for partners, coordinating with internal teams to activate listings.
Encourage clients/restaurants to upload pictures of their menu on Talabat.
Implement promotions, coupons, and vouchers to boost and generate sales growth.
Category Manager – tMart
Details
Focus on growing Talabat’s own Grocery Store “tMart,” the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices.
Key Responsibilities
Full ownership over the category management role in terms of Assortments, Pricing, Offers, and Supply.
Responsible for monitoring economic performance of the assigned departments/categories across sales, gross margin, profit and loss, and consistency with the company's commercial strategy.
Ensuring proper implementation of the commercial strategy and strategic guidelines, including category plan and pricing strategy.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تولي كامل مسؤولية إدارة الفئات من حيث التشكيلات، والتسعير، والعروض، والتوريد.
يتولى مسؤولية مراقبة الأداء الاقتصادي للأقسام/الفئات المُعيّنة من حيث المبيعات، والهامش الإجمالي، والأرباح والخسائر، والتوافق مع الاستراتيجية التجارية للشركة.
ويضمن التنفيذ السليم للاستراتيجية التجارية والمبادئ التوجيهية الاستراتيجية، بما في ذلك خطة الفئات واستراتيجية التسعير.
