Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Draftsman located in Manama. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans based on specifications and calculations, preparing detailed architectural and structural drawings, and collaborating with engineers and architects. Responsibilities also include revising drawings based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards, and assisting in managing project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software, technical drawing, and architectural drafting

• Understanding of construction materials, building procedures, and structural design

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications and standards

• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration

• Ability to manage and organize documentation and drawings

• Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a plus

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables

• Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope, and requirements

• Facilitate project team meetings and communications, including preparing agendas and minutes

• Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring efficient allocation

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating to senior management when necessary

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in project scheduling and team management

• Expediting and expeditor experience for timely delivery of materials

• Strong inspection and logistics management skills

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Civil Engineering preferred)

• Project Management certification (PMP) is an advantage

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required

• Experience in the construction or leisure industry is a plus

مدير مشروع (Project Manager)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• مساعدة مديري المشاريع الكبار في تطوير خطط وجدول وميزانية المشروع.

• متابعة تقدم العمل وضمان إنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد.

• إعداد وتحديث وثائق المشروع مثل ميثاق المشروع ونطاق العمل والمتطلبات.

• تنسيق اجتماعات فرق المشروع وتوثيق المحاضر والنقاط المهمة.

• تنسيق أنشطة وموارد المشروع لضمان الاستخدام الفعّال.

• تحديد وإدارة المخاطر والمشكلات الخاصة بالمشروع ورفعها للإدارة العليا عند الحاجة.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• خبرة ومهارات في جداول المشاريع وإدارة الفرق.

• خبرة في التسريع والمتابعة (Expediting) لضمان تسليم المواد في الوقت المحدد.

• مهارات في إدارة التفتيش واللوجستيات والإشراف على عمليات النقل والتسليم.

• مهارات تنظيم وقيادة واتصال ممتازة.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (ويُفضل تخصص الهندسة المدنية).

• يفضل من يحمل شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها في إدارة المشاريع.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.

• يفضل من لديه خبرة في قطاع الإنشاءات أو الترفيه.
