General Manager – PEB & Steel Structural Projects

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager with a strong background in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) erection and steel structural projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution and operations while driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all PEB erection and steel structural projects from planning to execution

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base in the steel construction sector

• Ensure project efficiency, timely completion, quality standards, and cost control

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams and site engineers

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

• Prepare and present business development strategies to senior management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

• 10+ years of proven experience in PEB erection and steel structural projects

• Strong track record in business development and securing new projects

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure

المهام الرئيسية:

• قيادة وإدارة جميع مشاريع PEB والهياكل الفولاذية من التخطيط حتى التنفيذ.

• تطوير فرص عمل جديدة وتوسيع قاعدة عملاء الشركة.

• ضمان كفاءة المشاريع من حيث الوقت والجودة والتكلفة.

• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين.

• تقديم التوجيه الاستراتيجي وقيادة فرق العمل والمهندسين بالمواقع.

• متابعة اتجاهات السوق وتحليل أنشطة المنافسين لاكتشاف فرص النمو.

• إعداد وتقديم استراتيجيات تطوير الأعمال للإدارة العليا.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية/الإنشائية/الميكانيكية (مفضل).

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات مثبتة في مشاريع PEB والهياكل الفولاذية.

• سجل قوي في تطوير الأعمال والحصول على مشاريع جديدة.

• مهارات ممتازة في القيادة والتواصل والتفاوض.

• القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة وتحقيق النتائج تحت الضغط.
