Sports Bar Manager (Female)

Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Customer Service

• Oversee daily operations of the sports bar, including open/close procedures.

• Ensure exceptional guest experience during busy game nights, events, and promotions.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

2. Staff Management

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar and floor staff.

• Foster a positive team culture with strong leadership and support.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.

3. Inventory & Financials

• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock control (alcohol, food, equipment).

• Monitor sales, budgets, and cost control.

• Track daily cash flow, reconcile receipts, and reduce wastage.

4. Marketing & Events

• Promote game nights, special events, and happy hour promotions.

• Collaborate with marketing to boost local engagement and foot traffic.

• Build partnerships with sports leagues, fan clubs, or local organizations.

5. Compliance & Cleanliness

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for staff and guests.

• Manage alcohol service responsibility and check staff certifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bar or restaurant management (2–5 years preferred).

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of sports culture and live event operations is a plus.

• Certification in Food Handling and Responsible Alcohol Service.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

مديرة بار رياضي (إناث)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. العمليات وخدمة العملاء

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للبار الرياضي، بما في ذلك إجراءات الفتح والإغلاق.

• ضمان تجربة ضيافة استثنائية خلال ليالي المباريات والأحداث والعروض الترويجية.

• حل شكاوى العملاء والمشاكل باحترافية وتركيز على رضا العميل.

2. إدارة الموظفين

• توظيف وتدريب وتنظيم جداول عمل والإشراف على موظفي البار والصالة.

• تعزيز ثقافة فريق إيجابية مع قيادة ودعم قوي.

• عقد اجتماعات دورية مع الفريق وتقييمات الأداء.

3. المخزون والشؤون المالية

• إدارة مخزون البار وطلبات الشراء والتحكم في المخزون (مشروبات كحولية، طعام، معدات).

• مراقبة المبيعات والميزانيات والسيطرة على التكاليف.

• متابعة التدفق النقدي اليومي، تسوية الإيصالات، وتقليل الهدر.

4. التسويق والأحداث

• الترويج لليالي المباريات، الفعاليات الخاصة، وعروض الساعة السعيدة.

• التعاون مع فريق التسويق لزيادة التفاعل المحلي وحركة الزبائن.

• بناء شراكات مع روابط الرياضة، نوادي المشجعين، أو المنظمات المحلية.

5. الامتثال والنظافة

• ضمان الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والتراخيص.

• الحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة للموظفين والضيوف.

• إدارة مسؤولية تقديم الكحول والتحقق من شهادات الموظفين.

المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة بار أو مطعم (يفضل من 2 إلى 5 سنوات).

• مهارات قيادة وعلاقات شخصية قوية.

• قدرات تنظيمية وحل مشكلات ممتازة.

• معرفة بثقافة الرياضة وإدارة الفعاليات الحية ميزة إضافية.

• شهادة في التعامل مع الطعام ومسؤولية تقديم الكحول.

• القدرة على العمل في الفترات الليلية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
