Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily work at project sites

2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as per the quality management system

3. Resolve technical matters with Client, Consultants, and other stakeholders

4. Ensure project operations and document control procedures are adhered to

5. Plan, coordinate, and monitor subcontractors' activities

6. Ensure inspections and tests are carried out per Inspection and Test Plans and meet specifications

7. Submit material samples and calibration certificates for approval

8. Assist in project handover as per contract obligations

Job Summary:

Seeking an organized Site Engineer with strong leadership skills. Candidate must be currently in Bahrain with valid work experience in site engineering.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in monitoring site activities and preparing reports

• Ensure design and quality standards are maintained

• Highlight constraints or discrepancies in drawings before work starts

• Ensure timely completion of projects

• Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety policies

Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our construction team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role

• Proven experience in quantity take-offs, billing, and estimation

• Sound knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, specifications, and contract documents

• Excellent command of AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced), MS Word

• Working knowledge of estimation software like Planswift, Bluebeam, or Candy (preferred)

• Familiarity with ERP/project management tools (Primavera, SAP, Microsoft Projects) is a plus

• Knowledge of local construction standards and measurement codes (POMI, CESMM)

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills

• Exposure to value engineering and tendering process

• Professional Quantity Surveying or Cost Management certifications (RICS, CIOB) is a plus
