Civil Engineer

📍 Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

🏗 Company: Santy Excavation and Construction Company W.L.L.

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil and construction projects on-site

• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Prepare technical reports for management

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure progress and quality

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in infrastructure or construction projects

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project

• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans

• Currently residing in Bahrain and able to transfer sponsorship (preferred)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف وإدارة المشاريع المدنية والإنشائية في الموقع

• مراجعة وتفسير الرسومات والمواصفات الهندسية

• إعداد التقارير الفنية وتقديمها للإدارة

• التنسيق مع المقاولين والفرق في الموقع لضمان سير العمل وجودته

• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وجودة العمل

المتطلبات:

• شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مشاريع البنية التحتية أو البناء

• إجادة برامج أوتوكاد وMicrosoft Project

• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الخطط الهندسية

• يفضل أن يكون مقيمًا في البحرين وقادرًا على نقل الكفالة

• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم قوية
