Role Overview:

Customer-focused position assisting with store operations, product displays, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries

• Stock, organize, and rotate shelves; check expiry dates

• Maintain accurate pricing and label displays

• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and arranging stock

• Coordinate with supervisors on stock shortages

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Support in-store promotions and offers

2. Accountant / Finance Manager

Role Overview:

Manage and oversee financial operations for supermarket activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Monitor daily cash flow, margins, and inventory finances

• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and profitability analysis

• Track expenses, supplier payments, and receivables

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and suppliers

Requirements:

Role Overview:

Handle, prepare, and maintain fruits and vegetables for display and sale.

Job Distribution / Responsibilities:

1. Produce Handler

   • Receive, check, sort, and store fruits and vegetables

   • Remove damaged produce

2. Cutting & Preparation Staff

   • Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables

   • Pack and label cut produce

   • Follow hygiene and safety rules

3. Display & Stocking Staff

   • Arrange fruits and vegetables on shelves

   • Refill stock as needed

   • Maintain attractive displays

4. Cleanliness & Hygiene Staff

   • Clean cutting tools, tables, and storage areas

   • Properly dispose of waste

   • Follow food safety standards

5. Customer Assistance Staff

   • Answer basic queries

   • Weigh and pack items if required

6. Supervisor (if required)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الترحيب بالعملاء ومساعدتهم في استفسارات المنتجات

نبحث عن محاسب مؤهل وذو خبرة لإدارة العمليات المالية في السوبرماركت. يشمل الدور التخطيط المالي، الرقابة على التدفقات النقدية، وإعداد التقارير المالية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف على التخطيط المالي، الميزانية، والتوقعات التشغيلية

• إدارة التدفقات النقدية اليومية، الهامش الربحي، والمالية المتعلقة بالمخزون

• إعداد البيانات المالية، تقارير الإدارة، وتحليل الربحية

• متابعة النفقات، مدفوعات الموردين، والمستحقات

• ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير المحاسبية وسياسات الشركة

• التنسيق مع المدققين، البنوك، والموردين

• الإشراف على فريق الحسابات والمالية

المتطلبات:
