Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience

• Preferably experienced in working with mills, conveyors, bucket elevators, furnaces, and burners

Professional Knowledge, Certification, or Memberships

• NEBOSH certification is advantageous

• Relevant technical training certifications are advantageous

Repair Service Engineer

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (Industrial/Mechatronics Engineering may be considered)

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in after-sales, service engineering, or repair business (preferably with an OEM or in heavy industry such as aluminum, steel, cement, or oil & gas)

• Proven exposure to repair/overhauling projects — scope definition, costing, and proposal preparation

• Experience in customer-facing roles, including sales support, negotiations, and technical presentations

• Familiarity with site inspections and diagnostic techniques (e.g., NDT, vibration analysis, dimensional inspection)

Professional Knowledge, Certification, or Memberships

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical repair and overhauling practices for heavy industrial equipment

• Familiarity with diagnostic techniques such as NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), vibration analysis, and dimensional inspection

• Understanding of OEM standards for repair quality, tolerances, and documentation

• Knowledge of after-sales business processes including proposals, costing, and contract negotiations

• Awareness of HSEQ standards applicable to workshop and site-based inspections

Automation Technician

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Execute the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule and ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out in a timely manner in compliance with Company policies, procedures, and industry best practices

• Perform administration, configuration, maintenance, programming, and qualification of assigned equipment/machinery, equipment control systems, process control systems, and historical data systems as per established SOPs

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on PTMs and any related equipment as per contractual/customer requirements and specifications

• Carry out corrective maintenance, assist peers in fault diagnosis, and repair equipment in a breakdown situation to ensure machines/equipment are in good working condition

• Provide on-site support to customers as required to ensure all equipment and tooling conform to relevant standards and regulatory requirements

• Ensure the technical integrity and performance of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems at all times

• Understand automation safety requirements and ensure all maintenance works and systems operate in line with Company and customer safety standards

• Use knowledge of automation processes to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and process errors and recommend solutions by applying a wide variety of existing techniques, processes, and procedures

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة (الهندسة الصناعية/الميكاترونكس ممكن قبولها)

• خبرة 3–5 سنوات في ما بعد البيع، هندسة الخدمة، أو أعمال الإصلاح (ويفضل مع OEM أو في صناعة ثقيلة مثل الألمنيوم، الحديد، الأسمنت، النفط والغاز)

• خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع الإصلاح/التجديد — تحديد النطاق، التسعير، وإعداد العروض

• خبرة في التعامل مع العملاء، دعم المبيعات، التفاوض، والعروض الفنية

• معرفة بتقنيات التفتيش والتشخيص مثل NDT، تحليل الاهتزاز، والفحص البُعدي

المعرفة المهنية والشهادات:

• معرفة فنية قوية بممارسات الإصلاح والصيانة للأجهزة الصناعية الثقيلة

• دراية بتقنيات التشخيص مثل NDT، تحليل الاهتزاز، والفحص البُعدي

• فهم معايير OEM لجودة الإصلاح، التحملات، والوثائق

المسؤوليات:

• تنفيذ جدول الصيانة الوقائية المخطط له وضمان تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية بالكامل في الوقت المحدد وفق سياسات الشركة وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية

• إدارة، تهيئة، صيانة، برمجة، وتأهيل المعدات/الآلات المخصصة، أنظمة التحكم، وأنظمة التحكم بالعمليات وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية

• إجراء الصيانة والإصلاح للمعدات وفق متطلبات العقود/العملاء

• تنفيذ الصيانة التصحيحية، مساعدة الزملاء في تشخيص الأعطال وإصلاح المعدات لضمان عمل الأجهزة بشكل جيد

• تقديم الدعم الميداني للعملاء عند الحاجة لضمان توافق جميع المعدات والأدوات مع المعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية

• ضمان سلامة الأداء الفني لأنظمة الكهرباء، الأدوات، والأتمتة في جميع الأوقات

• فهم متطلبات السلامة في الأتمتة وضمان أن جميع أعمال الصيانة تعمل وفق معايير السلامة للشركة والعملاء

• استخدام المعرفة بعمليات الأتمتة لتشخيص الأخطاء وحلها واقتراح حلول باستخدام مجموعة واسعة من التقنيات والإجراءات
