• Proficiency in medical record systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.

• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

المؤهلات

• - درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو مؤهل يعادله.

• رخصة تمريض سارية المفعول من جهة صحية معترف بها.

• - خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنتين.

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.

• يفضل الحصول على شهادة دعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS) وشهادة دعم الحياة القلبية المتقدم (ACLS).

• الكفاءة في أنظمة السجلات الطبية والتوثيق.

المسؤوليات

• توفير الرعاية المباشرة للمريض ومراقبة العلامات الحيوية.

• إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات حسب الوصفة الطبية.

• التعاون مع الأطباء وفرق الرعاية الصحية.

• تثقيف المرضى وأسرهم حول الظروف الصحية وخطط الرعاية.

• الحفاظ على السجلات الدقيقة والمحدثة للمريض.
