HVAC Projects Engineer

Location: Bahrain

About the job
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Projects Engineer with strong technical, design, and project management skills to support HVAC projects and maintenance contracts. This is a full-time, permanent role.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the HVAC industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Skilled in AutoCAD for reading and calculating headloads.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to design layouts and perform heat load calculations.

• Follow up with contractors and conduct site visits.

• Thorough knowledge of Wall & Ducted Split/Rooftop package units.

• Develop new business in HVAC with focus on projects and maintenance contracts.

• Mechanical drafting and AutoCAD expertise.

• Supervise customer service, workshop, and logistics teams.

• Good technical knowledge in the maintenance field.

• Motivational and leadership skills.

• Valid Bahrain driving license required.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: BD400 – BD600 per month

مهندس مشاريع HVAC

حول الوظيفة:
تبحث الشركة عن مهندس مشاريع HVAC ذو خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في صناعة HVAC، قادر على تصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، والإشراف على الفرق الفنية والميدانية.

المسؤوليات:

• تصميم تخطيط الأنظمة وحساب الأحمال الحرارية.

• متابعة المقاولين وزيارة المواقع بانتظام.

• الإلمام بأنظمة Wall & Ducted Split وRoof Top Package Units وغيرها.

• تطوير أعمال جديدة في مجال HVAC مع التركيز على المشاريع وعقود الصيانة.

• القدرة على استخدام AutoCAD والرسم الهندسي الميكانيكي.

• الإشراف على فرق خدمة العملاء وورش العمل واللوجستيات.

• امتلاك معرفة تقنية قوية في مجال الصيانة.

• القدرة على التحفيز وقيادة الفرق وإلهامهم لتحقيق الأداء المتميز.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• شهادة بكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في الهندسة الميكانيكية.

• إجادة استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر (Microsoft Office بما في ذلك Word وExcel وOutlook).

• معرفة جيدة بـ AutoCAD وقراءة الرسومات وحساب الأحمال الحرارية.

• مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية.

• مهارات شخصية وعلاقات جيدة مع الآخرين.

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية المفعول.
