Purpose of job:
Responsible to liaise between customer and multiple roles in Customer Service Operations with a major focus on assisting the customer on service matters to achieve utmost customer satisfaction based on quality service.
Education:
• Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
• Minimum 1 years of experience in similar capacity ⚫ knowledge of customer service principles
