About the Role
Book and Issue tickets for passengers on scheduled flights. Provide customers with accurate information about Royal Jordanian flights, times, dates and tickets' prices. Lead and motivate the Reservations Ticketing staff. Plan, supervise, and support the team to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current agents and prospective agents to generate new business for the organization.
Develop clear and effective written proposals /quotations for current and prospective customers
Resolve agent complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
Determine agent requirements and expectations; to recommend specific products and solutions.
Provide accurate information regarding RJ offers, rules fare etc.
Agent performance analysis
Market needs and demand analysis
Monitoring competitor’s performance and practices.
Directly interacts with customers, meet their needs about flights schedule and timings, fares, reservation, revalidation, and any other related services.
Directly interacts with trade partners, meet their needs, and handle their groups requests.
Knowledge & Skills Required:

Ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
10+ years' of sales experience in the Aviation industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
