Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred. Previous experience in the safety products industry and working in KSA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets

 Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends

 Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals

 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service

 Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our safety products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities

 Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide regular updates to management

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the safety products industry

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

 Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers

 Self-motivated and results-oriented

 Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred

Nice to Have:

 Certifications in sales and marketing
